The next layer is 2.5kg of the Bath Blue, full of rich and creamy blue flavour.
The next layer is a large whole Wyfe of Bath at around 2.7kg
We bring it back to the soft with the next two layers which are made of one Kelston Park soft cheese, around 600g, and followed by a Bath Soft Cheese at about 250g.
The final bit of height comes from a 250g wedge of Extra Mature Wyfe of Bath laid on its side to bring the cake to an elegant pointed finish.
